My approach

Through our work together you will experience how a different relationship with yourself can lead to major changes in your life. Over the years I have developed a rich variety of approaches on how to bring about change: from cognitive behavioural therapy to energetic work and from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to family constellations. Together we decide which approach works best for you and from there we will go on to look at what else might be appropriate. It is a dynamic process but always in service of the goals we have agreed to.

Coaching for adults

My gypsy wagon provides a safe environment for people who are stuck in their work, relationships and/or families and would like to reconnect in a different way. There must be some displeasure. a longing for a better life: this is your fuel for change. So, please only come when you really want to change something. If somebody else thinks you should but you don't see why, don't come.

Coaching for young people

I have a special place in my heart for young people who are a little bit ‘different’ and who are trying to find their way in life. For example, children with autism, ADHD or those who are highly sensitive. I also help children who get stuck in their lives and are unhappy, or who struggle with depression or an eating disorder or who are simply struggling to find their sparkle and connect to it.

Coaching for parents

Parents who are looking for ways to support their children on their unique life journeys are very welcome. From my own experience I know how difficult it can be to help a child who struggles in life. It is a continuous practice in patience, flexibility, listening, perseverance and in really being present. For this, you need self-awareness and the ability to stay connected to your own sparkle.

The coaching process

Every coaching situation requires a tailored approach. It is a dynamic process in which we sometimes need to take a step back to be able to take two steps forward. In general, the process involves the following steps:

one-green

Introduction

In the first session we establish if there is enough fuel to work with and if I am the right person to help you.

two-green

Goals and approach

If this is the case, we schedule a first coaching session to agree on the goals of our partnership and generate some ideas on how we are going to achieve these.

three-green

Self-analysis

The aim of this step is to become more aware of who you are, what you do and why. We start reflecting on your current situation and this process continues between sessions.

four-green

Activation

What would you like to do differently and how are you going to make these changes? What feelings, thoughts and behaviours would you like to change in which situations? We agree on real life situations in which you practice the changes you want to make.

five-green

Integration

The final phase is about making sure that the desired change becomes part of your life and what you need to sustain it.
