Through our work together you will experience how a different relationship with yourself can lead to major changes in your life. Over the years I have developed a rich variety of approaches on how to bring about change: from cognitive behavioural therapy to energetic work and from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to family constellations. Together we decide which approach works best for you and from there we will go on to look at what else might be appropriate. It is a dynamic process but always in service of the goals we have agreed to.
