    WHO IS IT FOR?

For everyone who’d really like to make a change in their lives

My door is open to everyone. I have a special place in my heart for young people who feel ‘different’ and are struggling to find a sense of belonging in this world. I also provide parents with emotional and practical support to guide their children on their unique life journeys.

    MY APPROACH

    I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach

Your question is our starting point. Over the years I have developed a rich variety of approaches on how to bring about change. Together we decide which approach works best for you and take it from there. I offer both in-person and online coaching.

    WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

    We do this together

We form an alliance in which we commit ourselves to bringing about the desired change. I will help you experience how a different relationship with yourself can lead to major changes in your life.

“My first session with you helped me make my objectives clear and put aside my ‘hurdles’ for not realising my objectives. After the session I felt energised and I still do. This all in a very relaxed, open atmosphere in which I felt comfortable. Thanks a lot for this excellent session.”
“The sessions are very good – make me think hugely and I enjoy the challenges that I get. I have an intent to be an improved person, colleague and leader through the insights and believe the sessions ‘move me on’.”

LISELORE CRUL

When we moved to the UK with our family in 2009 I decided to end my marketing career. It became clear to me that it was time to start pursuing an interest very dear to me: people’s personal development processes. I completed a three-year MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at the University of Reading’s Henley Business School.

Back in the Netherlands I went through an extensive ‘hometraining’ with one of my children, who felt she did not belong here and struggled with her life. Supporting her has taught me so many things: about myself, the true meaning of patience, flexibility, to be present in the midst of chaos, to listen. To stay and not give up on someone. To know what is needed in the moment. And, above all, to have compassion for myself and others.

I now draw on all of these experiences to help people reconnect with their sparkle!

I BELIEVE EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING SPECIAL TO GIVE

What I refer to as your ‘sparkle’ is what makes you special. It is important to make time and space to discover what your sparkle is and how you can use it to create meaning for yourself and others.

    I BELIEVE IN TOGETHER

Getting to know yourself better is extremely valuable. Because, from a place of knowing who you are, you can make more conscious choices. But it can also be difficult. It is nice to have someone who walks with you and gives you a gentle push just when you need it.

    I BELIEVE IN SYSTEMIC COACHING

This means that I am always aware of the impact of the wider system on the individual. This can be your family system, your work environment or even society as a whole.

    I BELIEVE IN LIFELONG LEARNING

Discovering and learning new things, letting go of old habits. Waking up, looking at yourself and, from that place, being able to make more conscious choices. Staying curious, seeing where life takes you and what you are capable of. This is what I call lifelong learning.
